By signing up to the RISE membership you agree to the following:

I understand this is a non-refundable investment I can cancel anytime. This membership subscription is a monthly rolling contract that auto-renews at next billing date if cancellation has not been made.

I understand that all instruction is intended as guidance only and that I don't have to partake in anything I am not comfortable with.

I understand that while all, due care will be taken, if I am ill, injured, pregnant, it is my responsibility to communicate this with Rebecca Dale and that I will not hold Rebecca Dale responsible for any illness, injury or loss incurred as a result of my participation.

I understand that Rebecca Dale, as a practitioner does not diagnose conditions nor does she prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.

I assume sole responsibility for my own health and for the results of any sessions provided by Rebecca Dale that may affect my health in any way.

I release Rebecca Dale from all legal liability during my participation in this membership. All information received by me from Rebecca Dale is accepted with full knowledge that any action taken by me as a result of the information received is my complete responsibility.

I will not share any intellectual property owned by Rebecca Dale inside this membership and understand doing so may result in membership being revoked and/or legal action.

I will not participate in any abusive, harmful or bullying behaviour and understand doing so will result in membership being revoked.
