  1. How much time/energy is required? you'll need to calve out 5-30 minutes for your self-care practices.
  2. What if I can't do everyday? No worries! While this is a 21-day journey, you can take this at your own pace and revisit whenever you like.
  3. Is this live? No, this is a self-led course giving you full freedom to move through this however you like.

I understand that all instruction is intended as guidance only and that I don't have to partake in anything I am not comfortable with.

I understand that while all, due care will be taken, if I am ill, injured, pregnant, it is my responsibility to discern whether I am fit to take part. I will not hold Rebecca Dale responsible for any illness, injury or loss incurred as a result of my participation.

I understand that Rebecca Dale, as a practitioner does not diagnose conditions nor does she prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.

I assume sole responsibility for my own health and for the results of any sessions provided by Rebecca Dale that may affect my health in any way. Treatment/s or sessions will not replace conventional medical diagnosis or treatment. I will continue taking medication prescribed by a licensed medical physician and will continue to follow his/her instructions.
