Yoga With Rebecca

I'm Rebecca, 200 hour Yoga teacher, teaching vinyasa flow, restorative + yoga therapy inspired classes. As a former dancer movement has always been a passion of mine and over the years my yoga classes have become a mix of my trainings and experiences. Expect thoughtful creative sequences grounded in yoga philosophy shared in a laidback, playful, northern way.

In my yoga spaces, my intention for you is that you leave loving yourself + your body a little more connected to your inner peace.

This is a safe space for you to explore, restore + heal.

What an amazing yoga session. Rebecca really knows her stuff, explaining every move in detail but also making us more self-aware + putting us in a peaceful and balanced state of mind. I finished that session relaxed, stretched and refreshed with a thorough knowledge of my mind and body.

I absolutely LOVE creating a special space for you to come and relax, unwind and connect to your peace. It will be the ultimate treat for your body, mind + soul!

I teach every Monday 6-7pm via zoom. Drop-in is £10 or 4 class bundle is £35.
